TALLAHASSEE, Fla. /Florida Newswire/ -– Governor Charlie Crist today announced the following reappointment and appointments to the Board Of Occupational Therapy Practice (Senate confirmation required): Laura Garcia, Kathleen Banta, Sandra Dunbar, Phillip Mullings, Carol Watson, and Florence Seiler.

Governor CristLaura Garcia, 45, of Tampa, occupational therapist and neurology team leader with Gentiva Home Healthcare, reappointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2012.

Kathleen Banta, 54, of Ocala, self-employed occupational therapist, succeeding Michele Watson, appointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2011.

Sandra Dunbar, 48, of Cooper City, professor in the occupational therapy program with Nova Southeastern University, succeeding Zoraida Diezel, appointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2012.

Phillip Mullings, 43, of Tallahassee, instructor with Florida State University Schools, succeeding Linda Shaub, appointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2010.

Carol Watson, 38, of Bunnell, occupational therapist assistant with Children First Therapeutics, succeeding Lisa McIntosh, appointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2011.

Florence Seiler, 53, of Palm Beach, owner of Elegant Affairs, succeeding Rodney Scott, appointed for a term beginning April 15, 2009, and ending October 31, 2010.
