The awards were developed after the introduction of the CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) public measures in October 2003, a national government program that publishes the quality ratings of all Medicare-certified home health care agencies in the United States and to recognize the value of Interim’s standardized monitoring of home care patient’s satisfaction, in place for over a decade.
